Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years progressive experience in production management with supervisory duties.
• Experience with safety, quality, scheduling, and maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production operations, engineering, planning, and facility maintenance to meet budget.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean cycle-time reduction initiatives.
• Create shipment forecasts and oversee scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and manufacturing costs while safeguarding quality and safety.
• Develop and monitor annual department budgets and KPIs.
