Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years experience in production and inventory control in manufacturing.
- Experience with ISO or AS environments is a plus.
- ITAR/EAR compliance: U.S. Persons required.
Responsibilities
- Review customer PO to assure compliance.
- Coordinate with functional groups and provide status updates.
- Assist cross functional teams in problem investigations.
- Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency.
- Provide manufacturing support including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Represent QA at meetings as required.
- Facilitate CAR responses with customers.
- Data mining for defect trends and KPI analysis.
- Assist in internal and product process audits.
- Contribute to developing and monitoring the quality management system.
- Monitor personnel and processes for policy compliance.
- Update area supervision on concerns.
- Support special projects as necessary.
