Ducommun, Inc. in Huntsville, AR, on-site, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor Manufacturing to oversee Project Engineers and Document Control, manage BOM loading, work instructions, routers, and NPI, and to drive process improvements while ensuring 100% on-time delivery and quality.

You will lead Lean initiatives and coordinate with QA and customers to meet program requirements, while mentoring staff and emphasizing safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8 years of engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with commercial and/or defense aerospace, build-to-print assembly.
• Prior management experience desired.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead Project Engineers in manufacturing build-to-print assemblies.
• Oversee Document Control and CUI/CMMC requirements.
• Support operations for on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (6S, Kaizen, pull systems).
• Develop area goals aligned with policy deployment.
• Track KPIs and report metrics.
• Solve problems hands-on using Lean & Six Sigma.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality and ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI requirements.
