• Use production metrics to drive decisions and results.
• Develop headcount and key operations plans for future needs.
• Utilize IE tools for capacity analysis, layout and production improvements.
• Oversee build processes and compliance with engineering, QA and customer requirements.
• Drive development of new processes and changes to existing ones.
• Improve product quality and enable on-takt production.
• Assess producibility, product quality, and related processes.
• Manage schedules across priorities and report outcomes to senior management.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve results.
• Navigate difficult situations to reach productive outcomes.
