Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of IE tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience leading projects/teams with a CI focus.
• Excellent communication across leadership levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design sequence of operations to improve plant efficiency and product flow.
• Establish accident prevention measures and training programs for personnel.
• Study cost control, inventory, and production records; optimize product flow.
• Assist facilities engineers in planning and design of facilities.
• Develop time standards and standard work for operations.
• Apply capacity analysis, tool utilization, and line balancing.
• Perform trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
