Collins Aerospace is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive performance improvement across its Power & Controls Aftermarket business. This role is hybrid, located in Rockford, IL or Windsor Locks, CT, with domestic and international travel up to 25%.

You will lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean and CORE methodologies, manage improvement initiatives, and deliver measurable results in quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in operations, operational excellence, continuous improvement, manufacturing, aftermarket operations, or business process improvement.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prioritize, and execute operational excellence initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects focusing on performance, process efficiency, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and processes to identify gaps, root causes, and sustainable improvements.
• Facilitate problem-solving, workshops, and CORE engagements to deliver measurable results.
• Develop and execute improvement plans with milestones, deliverables, and metrics.
• Standardize processes, reduce variation, and strengthen execution across sites.
