You will drive integrated schedules, EVMS metrics, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, planning, and production to meet contractual goals and optimize resources.

Competenze

• Degree in STEM required or Advanced degree with experience.
• Minimum 7–10+ years of relevant program leadership in aerospace.

Mansioni

• Lead multi-year aerospace programs from initiation to completion.
• Create and manage integrated schedules, budgets, and EVMS metrics.
• Align engineering, planning, and production teams to deliver objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risks affecting cost/schedule/quality.
• Oversee hardware development, testing, and design release activities.
