Ontic is seeking an OE Technician in Creedmoor, NC to join our manufacturing team, reporting to the Cell Manager. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, test and inspect electromechanical products and assist in assembly per work instructions.

Candidates should have an associate degree in electronics or equivalent military training and at least 2 years in electro-mechanical testing. Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multi-meters and related test equipment is required, along with reading blueprints and

Competenze

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military training.
• Minimum 2 years in electro-mechanical or electronic test environment.
• Reading blueprints and troubleshooting from schematics.
• Proficient with test, inspection, and calibration equipment.
• Hands-on manufacturing / shop floor experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Able to initiate and implement process improvements.
• Mechanical inclination and understanding of fabrication and assembly.

Mansioni

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, test and inspect electromechanical products.
• Assemble following work instructions and obtain required certifications.
• Work with LRU components, PCBs and wiring; document results.
• Set up and use test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, analyzers).
• Maintain records accurately and on time.
• Assist engineering with troubleshooting and repairs of non-conforming units.
• Maintain calibration and test equipment, perform inline inspections.
• Meet manufacturing KPIs and support test equipment transition.
