Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or NPI.
• PM skills and experience with APQP/PPAP and MRL processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead supply chain cross-functional teams through NPI tollgates and readiness reviews.
• Partner with NPI teams to input cost and schedule for the program plan.
• Define supply chain and strategic plans for new product proposals.
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level and drive maturation plans.
• Organize projects for new product introductions and layout optimization.
• Travel 10%–25% (non-local).
