Job summary

LISI AEROSPACE is seeking a Production Machine Operator in Torrance, CA to perform basic machine setup and operate automatic machines in accordance with shop practices. You will read blueprints, conduct trial runs, and ensure parts meet specifications using gauges and SPC systems.

This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and adherence to HSE standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of Aerospace fastener manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate up to three automatic machines to produce parts per blueprints and specifications.
• Check parts for conformance using gauges and shop floor system.
• Identify and remedy minor machine malfunctions and report major discrepancies.
• Determine and apply correct feed and speed for machining operations.
• Document procedures and drawings with the Manufacturing team.
