Job summary

LISI AEROSPACE is hiring a Production Machine Operator in Torrance, CA. You will set up and operate multiple automatic machines to produce flight-critical parts per blueprints and specs, ensuring quality with gauges and SPC data.

Collaborate with teams to document procedures and follow safety rules. Requires 1–3 years in aerospace manufacturing or related shop experience and basic computer/shop floor skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing or industrial shop.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing procedures and safety.
• Experience with shop floor data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate up to three automatic machines to produce parts.
• Check conformance to specifications using gauges and SPC.
• Detect and remedy machine issues and report major discrepancies.
