Job summary

LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA in Torrance, CA is seeking a Production Specialty Machine Level I to perform basic set-ups and operate three specialty machines (Threadroll, Grind, Heading, Tooling, CNC, and Multi-spindle).

You will inspect parts for conformance, adjust feeds and speeds, document procedures, and support manufacturing teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow blueprints is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and gauge readings.
• Ability to operate and set up multiple specialty machines.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic sets ups and operates 3 specialty machines to produce parts per blueprints and specs.
• Recognizes and corrects out-of-tolerance conditions and adjusts controls as needed.
• Performs basic trial runs and checks accuracy of machine settings.
• Checks parts for conformance using gauges and shop-floor systems.
• Maintains safety and follows HSE procedures and company rules.
