Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3+ years of production planning and/or material planning experience.
• Experience in an ERP/MRP environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules work flow for every workstation according to the manufacturing sequence.
• Controls material requirements per BOM, manufacturing sequence, and work flow.
• Expedites operations to meet schedules and adjusts plans as needed.
• Prepares production and productivity reports and charts for improvement.
• Reviews drawings, calculates material quantities, determines make vs buy, and validates BOM in MRP.
• Generates purchase requisitions and coordinates intercompany requirements for on-time delivery.
