Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating is seeking a Materials Planner for our Santa Maria, CA site. The role coordinates material planning across departments to meet customer delivery goals and company targets, while maintaining accurate MRP data and master schedules to ensure a smooth production flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred in Business or Supply Chain), and strong communication skills to work with QA, manufacturing, purchasing and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 3 - 5+ years of direct related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all material planning efforts between departments to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Maintain accurate information in MRP system, including item attributes, BOMs and production schedules.
• Monitor MRP, shortage lists and indicators to ensure on-time delivery and high inventory turnover.
• Release internal production work orders and manage master schedule entry.
• Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering for smooth material flow.
• Identify material shortages and communicate status impacting production schedules.
