Job summary

CAE USA Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Integrated Planning & Control Planner to coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics to ensure on-time delivery and cost objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of production/material planning experience, strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, and familiarity with DFAR/MMAS compliance. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and program management teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a closely related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of production planning, material planning, or related experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and DFAR/MMAS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning and production scheduling to support program requirements.
• Develop and monitor metrics for performance improvement.
• Balance resources across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Ensure materials availability and on-time delivery within budget.
• Maintain compliance with MMAS/DFAR requirements.
