Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented MRO Administrator to support the operations of a growing aerospace manufacturing organization. This is a temporary role onsite with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at a pay rate of $25.00/hour.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and customer service support related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation management, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or 1-2 years of relevant admin experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP system (Epicor or similar) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes and orders through the ERP system while maintaining accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer records and files.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, monitor order status, and help ensure on-time delivery.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
• Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
