Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented MRO Administrator to support the operations of a growing aerospace manufacturing organization in Glastonbury, CT. This temporary position offers 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 100% on-site, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and customer service support related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation management, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or 1-2 years of related admin/customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Epicor or another ERP system preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders through the ERP system while following procedures.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer records and files.
• Support shipping and receiving, monitor order status, ensure on-time delivery.
• Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to resolve questions or concerns promptly.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
