Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Aerospace Mig & Tig Welder for our client near Newington, CT. This direct-hire role offers first-shift hours, competitive pay in the $30s–$40s per hour DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will weld aerospace-grade metals using Mig and Tig processes to AWS D17.1 standards and inspect your own welds for quality. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a precision aerospace environment, ability to read blueprints, and strong math skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of precision welding experience in AS9100/ISO9001 environments.
• Ability to produce AWS D17.1 quality welds on aerospace metals.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
• Strong math and analytical skills for inspections.
