You will perform precision welding, inspect welds, and follow rigorous safety and quality procedures to meet customer requirements. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 3+ years of aerospace welding experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of welding experience in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on expertise in TIG welding and other precision welding techniques.
• Experience with AWS D17.1 standards and aerospace quality systems such as AS9100.
• Experience implementing safety and quality compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding (TIG and other applicable processes) on metals and alloys commonly used in aerospace applications.
• Ensure compliance with AWS D17.1 and other aerospace welding standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain adherence to AS9100 and customer requirements.
