Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, metrology, or related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes/products for compliance with quality requirements and standards.
• Review nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits and quality management system activities.
• Apply root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Monitor production performance and identify quality improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for inspection methods and measurement systems.
• Communicate quality concerns with internal teams and suppliers.
