At Enstrom, quality engineering is closely connected to the shop floor and the aircraft we build. This role gives you the opportunity to influence how parts are measured, how inspection systems are developed, how quality issues are resolved, and how manufacturing processes improve over time. This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The role also requires frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity for inspection activities, equipment operation, and document handling. Adequate vision is required to review engineering drawings, measurement data, inspection results, and quality documentation. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn when working in designated production areas or supplier facilities.
