Hera Technologies is seeking a 2nd Shift Metrology Inspector to perform advanced dimensional inspections of aerospace hardware during receiving, in-process, and final stages. You will apply GD&T knowledge and operate Romer Arm to ensure parts meet flight and defense specifications.

This role requires 3+ years aerospace inspection, a high school diploma, AS9100/AS9102 familiarity, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection experience.
• Proficient in mechanical inspection using Romer Arm and other measurement tools.

Mansioni

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections using Romer Arm and precision tools.
• Conduct first article inspections per AS9102.
• Verify coatings, finishes, and special processes against drawings.
• Document nonconformances and ensure traceability per procedures.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure gauges and instruments are calibrated before use.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Support cross-functional quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
