Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a PCMM Technician to inspect large scale parts through machining stages using Romer arms, laser trackers, scanners, and CMMs.

You will document non-conforming material, provide feedback to machinists and engineers, and maintain all measurement equipment in a fast-paced environment; US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2–4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years’ experience using Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, Leica AT960/AT402 Laser Tracker or CMM.
• Experience with Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software.
• Proficient in GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and generate inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect large scale parts at various machining stages using Romer arms, laser trackers, scanners or CMM.
• Document non-conforming material and provide concise feedback to machinists and engineers.
• Maintain all measurement equipment and generate quality documentation (inspection reports, C of C’s, NCRs).
