Qualifications

• 2+ years of metallurgical laboratory or materials testing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical docs.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and documenting results.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform metallurgical and mechanical testing on materials and products.
• Conduct microstructure evaluations, grain size, hardness, and phase analysis.
• Prepare samples via mounting, grinding, polishing, and etching.
• Record and report test results with accuracy and traceability.
• Support quality systems and method development improvements.
• Interpret specifications to ensure product compliance.
