Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in health information or related field.
• 4 years of related Air Force Aeromedical/Medical Administration experience.
• Experience with military medical readiness programs and waiver processing.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process aeromedical case files for flying and non-flying personnel.
• Validate medical documentation before government review for accuracy.
• Track cases and manage electronic records in AIMWTS/ECT/PEPP/MEDXS.
• Coordinate with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, MAJCOMs and providers on case requirements.
• Support LOD determinations and other medical readiness processes.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
