Job summary

Goldbelt Halo, LLC seeks an Aeromedical Case Manager to handle aeromedical and medical-readiness cases, review records, and update DoD systems. The role supports coordination with Reserve Medical Units, MTFs, and providers, ensuring timely case disposition.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. A favorable background investigation is needed to access government systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with aeromedical or medical administrative workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation and Government system access.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, track, and process aeromedical and medical-readiness cases.
• Review medical records for completeness and identify missing documentation.
• Enter and update case information in Air Force and DoD systems.
• Coordinate with medical units, providers, and stakeholders throughout review and adjudication.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and medical evaluation coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and meet workload standards.
