Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent technical training.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience operating hand tools, air tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams and specifications to complete assembly tasks.
• Operate hand tools, air tools, hand cutters and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory in workstations to ensure smooth workflow and availability of materials.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products and record defects.
• Rework or repair assembled equipment based on engineering changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
• Support customer demands by completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Stand for up to 9 hours per day.
