The East Hartford Repair Operations (EHRO) Materials Team is looking for a candidate who will drive process improvements to ensure materials are planned and stocked according to shop demand. The role requires creative problem solving, process improvement acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate efficiency and collaboration. The candidate will identify critical process opportunities, raise awareness with key stakeholders, and help execute solutions while measuring impacts. Escalation may be required to meet improvement milestones and drive project priorities with stakeholders.
This role is onsite. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including the role, function and responsibilities, candidate work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
