Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Materials Manager for the Hot Section Module Center. You will lead the Non Product/Consumables materials team, drive material transformation initiatives, and oversee releasing, handling methods, kitting, and material movement to support balanced production flow.

Role requires coordinating with CSMC administration, materials, operations and 3PLs, implementing Lean measures, and establishing standards to meet capacity, cost, and on-time delivery goals while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in manufacturing operations, materials management, or related field.
• Experience with continuous improvement principles (Lean, CORE, QCPC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; SAP/Oracle/Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Non Product/Consumables materials team and drive material transformation initiatives.
• Oversee material release, handling methods, kitting, and movement to meet capacity and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with CSMC, materials, operations and 3PL to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Implement Lean measures to balance value streams and shop floor operations.
