Job summary

Molex ADS seeks a Regional Category Manager to lead supplier relationship strategies, drive performance, and optimize total cost for aerospace & defense solutions. The role partners with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management to align sourcing with business objectives.

You will manage supplier reviews, monitor KPIs, address risks, and support new product development through early supplier engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance programs.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing with direct materials suppliers.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies to improve quality, delivery, and total cost.
• Lead supplier business reviews using scorecards and KPIs.
• Monitor delivery, quality, lead times, and risk indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supplier qualification and development.
• Support new product development by engaging suppliers early.
