Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in materials management or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and production planning processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize end-to-end supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships for quality, availability, cost-effectiveness.
• Drive production purchasing and inventory control to meet requirements.
• Mentor and lead a team of buyers and material handlers.
