Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and production scheduling.
• Experience with supply chain management and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain material plans aligned with production schedules and business goals.
• Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners and internal teams for timely procurement and delivery of aerospace-grade materials.
• Monitor and analyze material flow to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing to reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements for materials handling and storage.
• Prepare and present reports on material status, inventory levels, and supply chain performance to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor materials management staff to foster accountability and growth.
