Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Experience with aerospace materials handling and quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and production scheduling.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain material plans aligned with production schedules.
• Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners and internal teams for timely procurement.
• Monitor material flow to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports on material status and supply chain performance.
• Supervise and mentor materials management staff.
