Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and warehouse operations supporting aerospace manufacturing.

The role requires driving inventory accuracy, reducing excess, and improving material flow while enforcing AS9100-compliant processes across the site. A hands-on leader on the manufacturing floor, you will collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Operations to meet production commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in inventory control, warehousing, or materials management in manufacturing.
• Experience leading inventory personnel and driving improvements.
• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency, with Quantum or Pentagon experience preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Aerospace/defense manufacturing familiarity, AS9100 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with ERP/MRP transactions.
• Manage receiving, storage, kitting, and material movements to support production.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory and optimize storage utilization.
• Establish Lean/5S standards and continuous improvement on material flow.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy and cycle-count completion.
• Lead inventory personnel and set performance expectations.
