Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, seeks a Business Unit Leader to drive performance in Stuart, FL on site. You will oversee manufacturing, quality, and engineering functions, aligning processes with strategic goals and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, leading a high-performing team, and delivering cost-effective results while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or technical field with 5 years in manufacturing, or 10 years in a complex, precision-driven environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship; ITAR/EAR compliance required.

• Develops and executes operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Drives continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost effectiveness.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Leads Lean Manufacturing implementation to optimize production.
• Owns KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborates with engineering, quality and production to improve workflow.
• Leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Owns financial performance with cost controls and budgeting.
