Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Technical Lead to guide the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for cost-effective production in Stuart, FL. You will lead the engineering team to meet customer quality requirements and drive improvements across operations.

The role emphasizes Six Sigma, CAD/CAM, and ERP/MRP integration, with on-site leadership and strong collaboration with customers and suppliers to optimize tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or manufacturing engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or aerospace machining environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve highly complex technical issues and conduct research as required.
• Provide direction to create, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effective production.
• Lead Six Sigma projects and design of experiments for continuous process improvement.
• Direct and monitor engineering staff to review and approve manufacturing processes.
• Interface with customers to facilitate design/process changes and improve production.
