Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience and must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, with familiarity in ITAR/EAR regulations and lean practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees on the shift and ensures production priorities are met.
• Ensures that quality requirements are established and met.
• Maintains and ensures equipment is maintained and operational.
• Ensures necessary supplies are available to employees.
• Maintains productivity records and attendance.
• Handles employee discipline and attendance.
• Maintains a business-like, productive, and disciplined work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
