Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join our Stuart, FL site. You will contribute to process development, quality improvement, and productivity in a fast-paced aerospace environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing manufacturing process plans, interpreting drawings, supporting tooling design, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor 50%+ of the time.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing process plans with guidance from senior engineers.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and sketches to ensure product compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist in process capability analysis for CNC programs.
• Support the design and engineering of tooling for manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with shop floor teams to troubleshoot production challenges.
• Participate in Kaizen or Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
