You will troubleshoot and improve production equipment and workflows, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and process standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on process improvement and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards relevant to aerospace production.
• Proficiency with manufacturing tools, diagnostic equipment, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze process data and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
