Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an engineer to coordinate work measurement, develop standard times, and support continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing and inspection areas.

The role involves analyzing operations, preparing evaluation reports, and proposing process optimizations to improve productivity and reduce cycle times. Some travel and deployment in hybrid/on-site settings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Physics from an ABET accredited program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, analytical, or related technical activities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers the work measurement system in manufacturing and inspection departments to develop standard time values.
• Assists in project management/continuous improvements of new and current projects under technical guidance.
• Analyzes production and inspection operations to determine optimum methods and sequence of work.
