Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available for this position.
• Access to export-controlled items; employment offers conditioned upon ability to lawfully obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities on a daily basis to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain and improve production through adherence to TPM and performance standards.
• Lead and collaborate with peers and subordinates to meet department goals.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisor on shift turnover and status updates.
• Schedule work to align with changes, absences, downtime, or overtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, work rules, and process controls.
