Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily workflow to meet production schedule.
• Ensures daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Utilizes methods to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Maintains safety and adheres to 5S and safety policies.
• Leads teams and promotes teamwork across departments.
• Manages shift turnover and communicates status updates.
• Oversees scheduling with Shared Resources and Maintenance.
• Trains operators and documents training needs.
