Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon obtaining such items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities on a daily (shift to shift) basis to meet customer delivery schedules under the direction of the Department Supervisor.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in both quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Observe and adhere to standards of performance and report shortfalls to supervisor.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment by applying TPM or other methods.
• Follow Howmet's safety regulations and work rules handbook.
