Collins Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of hourly production employees in de‑icing and composites operations on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime and first-shift training. You’ll ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, coach operators, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, unionized setting.

The role requires a university degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing best

Qualifications

• University degree and at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry preferred.
• Experience working with union employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cell level manufacturing performance including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead daily CORE practices and visual management.
• Develop team leads and operators; coach for results.
• Coordinate materials and logistics issue resolution.
• Collaborate with planning to meet OTD using On Time To Start/Finish.
• Ensure SAP data accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
