Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Union, WV area. You will lead hourly production teams in de-icing and composites, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will guide problem solving, develop team leads and operators, and ensure smooth workflows in a fast-paced, unionized environment.

The role shifts to 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime and training on 1st shift before transition. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• University degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is required.
• Experience working with union employees is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly production employees across de-icing and composites cells.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met daily.
• Coach problem solving and develop team leads and operators.
• Maintain efficient workflows and coordinate materials and logistics.
• Collaborate with planning to meet the schedule and OTD targets.
• Provide leadership coaching and develop training plans for the cell.
• Execute manufacturing transactions in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
