Blue Origin is seeking a Shift Lead for Manufacturing Ops & Assembly on Space Coast, FL. You will lead and optimize production processes, develop production plans to meet schedules, and mentor teams to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure safety and quality while scaling production for spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team in manufacturing or aerospace.
• 5+ years as individual contributor in manufacturing/aerospace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, military, or equivalent.
