Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a team in manufacturing/aerospace.
• 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in manufacturing/aerospace.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor manufacturing teams and foster teamwork and openness.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Monitor production performance and report to senior management with actionable insights.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company standards compliance; manage budgets.
• Support new product introductions and scale up production capabilities.
• Evaluate inputs to inform informed decision-making.
