Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Naples, Florida is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive complex engineering projects within the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. You will plan, lead, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule, cost, and performance targets.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, CAD/CAM proficiency, and aerospace production know-how. You will mentor staff, interface with customers, and ensure best-in-class manufacturing execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering with eight or more years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production engineering theories and Lean principles.
• Experience with aerospace products and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops project goals and objectives to complete complex manufacturing engineering projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical targets.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing operations in high-impact areas.
• Interfaces with customers to present program status and negotiate engineering or material changes.
• Allocates staffing and resources and reviews bids from outside contractors.
• Studying product design and performance standards; conducting tests to confirm improvements.
• Maintains project schedule and coordinates activities to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Mentors less experienced employees and shares knowledge with others.
