Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division in Florida. The role emphasizes planning, reliability, and continual improvement across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within aerospace production.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a track record in preventative maintenance programs, safety, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in facilities management, maintenance management, or related roles.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems (pumps, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems).
Working knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, controls wiring, and instrumentation.
Experience creating, managing, or improving preventative maintenance programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work based on production schedule and safety needs.
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and improve preventative maintenance programs and KPIs.
Oversee maintenance budget, spare parts management, and procurement of tools and services.
Interface with EHS to ensure safe work practices and compliance.
