Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control area per production schedules and manager guidance.
• Reduce operating inefficiencies, absenteeism, rework, and downtime.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff for maximum productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and training on hazardous materials.
• Maintain full documentation for all actions taken.
• Monitor production metrics: output, cost control, continuous improvement.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the operation area.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and training for new hires.
• Schedule vacations per policy and production needs.
• Coordinate project status with adjacent shifts.
